Tatertot Casserole

Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
1/4 cup milk
3/4 pound ground chuck
1/2 can 10 3/4-oz can cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 package frozen tatertots
Directions:
BROWN ground meat in large skillet and drain fat.
COMBINE cooked meat and soup in 9x13 casserole dish. (I use the Pampered Chef 9x13 stoneware baker.)
SPRINKLE cheese evenly over meat layer.
PLACE single layer of tatertots on top of cheese.
BAKE at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until tatertots are done. Tatertots should be brown and crispy on top.
