Blueberry Muffins

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
2 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 can fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup self-rising flour
Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees. Grease muffin pans for 12 muffins.
BEAT eggs, stir in milk, oil and vanilla. Add sugar. Add blueberries to flour to coat. Stir flour and blueberries into batter just until flour is moistened. Batter will be lumpy.
SPOON batter into muffin pans. Usually makes 12 muffins.
BAKE at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
