Easy Pancakes

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
2 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cup milk
2 cup self-rising flour
1 1/2 cup pancake syrup
Directions:
Preheat griddle. In large bowl, beat eggs well. Add oil and milk. Using a whisk, add flour. Blend until no lumps remain. Pour batter onto hot griddle. When air bubbles appear and edges are becoming set, flip. Cook until lightly brown. Pancakes can be kept warm on a baking sheet in 200 degree oven.
